For example, all communication between your computer and the server is secured by SSL. Additional technical measures ensure that the security of the data stored on the server meets the requirements of data protection.

• Your data will be processed as described in this FAQ. With your registration and the creation of your profile you agree to this.
• Entry in the database is for the sole purpose of direct contact with the companies registered for the "student profiles", with the aim of submitting an interesting offer. Any misuse of the data by the companies will be prosecuted by KIT as soon as it becomes known.

You can also find out which data is logged when you visit the Career Service website in the privacy policy.

According to §§ 21, 22 LDSG, you have the right to request information free of charge about your personal data stored by KIT's Innovation and Relationsmanagement and to request correction of incorrectly stored data. Please send your request in writing to:

If you are studying or doing a doctorate at KIT and want to use the Career Service, you can simply log in with your existing KIT account. You do not need to register again.
Our services are also available to graduates up to one year after graduation. If you are a Recent Graduate and no longer have KIT access data, please contact us directly at info@careerservice.kit.edu.

You can create an account under the item Registration Company / Institution . This will be activated by us within two working days at the latest. As soon as you have completed the registration and are logged in, you can edit your profile and directly start placing ads or buy other services of the KIT Career Service such as campus advertising or Jobshadowing.
If your company is already registered, you can add another person account as a sub-account. The main account of the company will be notified.

There is no registration required - All you need to do is log in with your KIT Account details. Institutes and other KIT facilities receive free premium advertisements for student jobs and internships in the Job market. And you can also place your thesis on our website.
