What is Meet & Match - Female Career?
Meet & Match – is a mini career fair at KIT – especially for female students.

This compact career fair showcases companies that are specifically looking to promote and recruit talented young women. In the informal atmosphere of the Audimax foyer, you will have the opportunity to establish early contacts with KIT students who have excellent academic profiles and an international outlook. If you are interested, you can continue your discussions in the adjacent seminar room.

The event offers opportunities for exchange on equal terms, informal discussions, and initial inspiration for starting a career. Use this platform to reach talented women at KIT at an early stage and inspire them to join your company, actively shaping the career paths of tomorrow.

Dates
Meet & Match – Female Career
Date: Tuesday, 09.12.2025, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Target group: Female students in the fields of computer science, IT, electrical engineering, mathematics and physics
Location: KIT Campus South, in the Audimax foyer, forecourt and seminar room A/B
Costs: 2.100€ plus VAT per company.

The event is free of charge for female students, no registration required.
The Meet & Match will be advertised via student mailings, social media and posters.

Procedure

  • Fair operation: Students visit the company stands, ask questions and make contacts
  • Seminar room A/B: Retreat for possible further discussions
