Confident in job interviews: Practise, present yourself, convince
This workshop will be held in German and online. Link: https://kit-lecture.zoom-x.de/j/61360043515?pwd=sv0G2PbpYnB3EjtFNg04MDDwCOQbbl.1
Job interviews are always unique, but there are key aspects you can reflect on and practice beforehand. This workshop helps you to:
- Practice your personal self-introduction or pitch
- Analyze common interview questions and develop your answering strategy
- Create strength-based examples for strategic responses using the STAR method
The emphasis is on hands-on practice both individually and in breakout sessions with peers. Even if you are not currently applying for a job, you will benefit from the collegial feedback.
Please bring a job or internship advertisement that interests you.
You will receive preparatory materials and specific tasks on Moodle about a week before the workshop (login details will be provided). The live sessions will be held via Zoom.
Bianca Sievert, who has supported people and organizations for around 25 years in areas like Future Skills, career guidance, and higher education didactics, will facilitate the workshop.
