We are a creative and technology-driven company developing tailored solutions for a wide range of clients. Our focus lies on customized projects – particularly in the broad field of occupational safety – where we combine traditional print media with modern digital technologies.

People from different disciplines work closely together in our company: from editorial, design, and illustration to IT, software development, and project management. Together, we develop ideas, implement them, and support projects from the initial concept through to the final product. Our work is diverse and varied.

In addition to traditional publishing and media services, we develop modern client-server and web applications, database-driven information systems, and AI-supported applications. Many of these are rather specialized and unconventional solutions. We place great value on teamwork, personal responsibility, and the professional development of our employees. Together with our subsidiary company M&M Druck GmbH, we employ around 70 colleagues at our Heidelberg location and offer a working environment that combines creativity, technical expertise, and collaboration on equal footing.

To strengthen our development team, we are currently looking for a full-time software developer with a focus on web and AI as well as working students in the field of software development. We are also open to motivated students or graduates who would like to join us for an internship or complete their thesis with us.
