Description

ZETA CONSULTING SRL is recruiting on behalf of Wanhua Chemical for a Technical Service Specialist supporting rigid polyurethane foam systems in Germany.

Location: Germany nationwide, on-site at customer premises. Full-time. Gross annual salary: EUR 30,000, negotiable depending on experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical service for rigid polyurethane foam systems across Europe, focusing on Germany. Visit customer sites, understand product use and resolve production-process and application issues.
- Support continuous and discontinuous panel production, spray foam, pipe insulation and household-appliance customers through application advice, on-site commissioning and technical solutions.
- Analyse and follow up customer issues, coordinating with internal technical teams to resolve them.
- Support laboratory testing, application validation and formulation optimisation, working with R&D, production and sales teams.

Requirements
- Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Materials Science or a related discipline.
- 1-4 years of relevant industry work experience. This position is not open to fresh graduates.
- Experience in polyurethane, polymers, rigid foam systems or related technical applications is an advantage.
- Native-level German and good English for technical communication.
- Practical troubleshooting skills, customer focus and willingness to travel to customer sites.
