Das ACCESS@KIT ist eine Einrichtung der Fakultät für Informatik mit der fakultäts-übergreifenden Aufgabe, sehbeeinträchtigte Studierende ein inklusives Studium in allen an der Universität angebotenen Studiengängen zu ermöglichen. Wir suchen derzeit eine studentische Hilfskraft als technische Arbeitsplatzassistenz. Die Aufgaben einer Arbeitsplatzassistenz ist es, gemeinsam mit dem blinden Mitarbeitenden barrierefreie Lösungen zu entwickeln, wo sehende Augen notwendig sind.

Das Aufgabenspektrum umfasst
- Unterstützung bei der Einarbeitung in neue Soft- und Hardware
- Technische Unterstützung bei der Arbeit am PC
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen und wissenschaftlichen Dokumenten,
- Erstellen grafischer taktiler (ertastbarer) Materialien
- Unterstützung bei Studien

Folgende Kenntnisse oder Fähigkeiten sind erwünscht:
- Interesse am Thema Barrierefreiheit
- Technisches Verständnis
- Kenntnisse in Elektronik und Hardware wären wünschenswert
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Standardsoftware
- Interesse, sich in neue Gebiete einzuarbeiten
- Lust, mit Menschen zu arbeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Zuverlässigkeit, Pünktlichkeit und sorgfältiges Arbeiten

Wir bieten ein interessantes und vielfältiges Arbeitsfeld. Die Stelle ist ab dem 01.12.2026 zu besetzen. Die Arbeitszeit umfasst maximal 30 Stunden pro Monat und wird nach aktuellem Hiwi-Satz vergütet.
