Das International Welcome Office (IWO) ist erster Ansprechpartner in Sachen internationale Wissenschaftlermobilität am KIT: Wir beraten und betreuen Wissenschaftlerinnen und Wissenschaftler aus der ganzen Welt. Für aktuelle Projekte suchen wir eine engagierte, kommunikative und kreative Persönlichkeit.

Dein Profil:
- Du bist zum Studium eingeschrieben.
- Du schreibst und sprichst auf sehr gutem Niveau Deutsch und Englisch.
- Du bist fit in Excel und PowerPoint und anderen gängigen MS Office Anwendungen.
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit HTML und/oder CSS und gängigen Bild- und Designsoftwares.

Deine Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung bei laufenden Projekten sowie bei allgemeinen Büro- und Verwaltungsaufgaben
- Erstellung von Informationsgrafiken, Newslettern, Präsentationen, Excel-Tabellen
- Erstellung, Übersetzung und Gegenlesung von Unterlagen auf Deutsch und Englisch
- Pflege und Erstellung von Webseiten
- Mitwirkung bei Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung verschiedener Veranstaltungsformate und Exkursionen für ein internationales Publikum
