Das Innovations- und Relationsmanagement (IRM) sucht für die Abteilung Wissenstransfer überwiegend für
den TRIANGEL Transfer I Kultur I Raum am Campus Süd ab 01. Januar 2027 eine studentische Hilfskraft im Bereich Eventmanagement (40h/Monat) (m/w/d)

Deine Tätigkeiten

Du wirkst bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Events mit
Du unterstützt die technische Gestaltung von Events
Du betreust unsere Besucher, Kunden und Partner
Du unterstützt bei der Teilnehmer- und Terminkoordination
Du bringst deine Ideen ein und gestaltest die Zukunft des TRIANGEL mit!

Du bist bei uns richtig, wenn...

Du Flexibilität und die Bereitschaft auch mal an Wochenenden zu arbeiten mitbringst
Du erste Erfahrungen mit Ton- und Videotechnik hast
Du kommunikationsstark und selbstsicher bist
Du ein hohes Maß an Service- und Kundenorientierung hast
Du erste Erfahrungen im Eventbereich hast
Du Lust auf Start-Up Flair und abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben hast
Du kreativ und verlässlich bist

Als Abteilung Wissenstransfer am KIT gestalten wir die Verbindung zwischen Wissenschaft und Gesellschaft – aktiv, dialogisch und wirkungsorientiert. Wir sind Teil der vielfältigen Transferlandschaft des KIT und verstehen unseren Schwerpunkt als deren gesellschaftliche Dimension: dort, wo Forschung auf öffentliches Leben, zivilgesellschaftliches Handeln und kulturelle Praxis trifft.
