Location: Madrid (2-year onboarding), with possible relocation to Munich. Requires DACH-region travel.

Role Description
As an Applied (AI) Value Engineer, you will solve business-critical challenges at the intersection of tech and business. Combining the Celonis Process Intelligence (PI) platform with AI partners (Microsoft, OpenAI, Databricks), you will feed context to AI—because there is no AI without PI. You will prototype solutions, present to executives, and drive value realization.

- Discovery & AI solutioning
- Celonis platform coding (SQL, PQL, Python)
- Requirements scoping, objection handling, & account management
- Executive presentations and value selling

What You'll Do:
- AI Discovery & Prototyping: Build rapid AI prototypes during customer hackathons.
- Agentic Transformation: Shift client operations from static rules to autonomous AI agents.
- Proof Projects & Impact: Execute Proof-of-Value projects and present ROI to executives.
- Domain Specialization: Build expertise (e.g., Supply Chain) and create reusable best practices.

What You Need:
- STEM degree with strong academics; internships or 1–2 years full-time experience.
- GenAI understanding (RAG, prompt engineering, multi-agent systems) and Python/ML skills (pandas, PyTorch, LangChain).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in German and English (required).

Bonus Points:
- Tech/business dual background or customer-facing/sales experience.
- Hands-on experience with agentic LLMs, technical PoCs, and tools like LlamaIndex.
- Supply Chain domain experience or ERP knowledge (SAP/Oracle).
