Das International Scholars and Welcome Office ist erster Ansprechpartner in Sachen internationale Wissenschaftsmobilität am KIT. Wir beraten und betreuen Wissenschaftlerinnen und Wissenschaftler aus der ganzen Welt, die ans KIT kommen um die Wissenschaft voran zu bringen. Für aktuelle Projekte suchen wir eine engagierte, kommunikative Persönlichkeit die uns im Bereich der Willkommenskultur und Integration von internationalen Forschenden unterstützt.

Dein Profil:
- Du bist zum Studium eingeschrieben.
- Du schreibst und sprichst auf sehr gutem Niveau Deutsch und Englisch.
- Du bist fit in Word, Excel und PowerPoint und anderen gängigen MS Office Anwendungen.
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit Webseitenmanagement.
- Du bist organisiert, arbeitest strukturiert, eigenständig und zuverlässig.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Organisation und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen
- Erstellung von Newslettern und Präsentationen
- Pflege und Erstellung von Webseiten
- Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Exkursionen im Großraum Karlsruhe und der Region (an jeweils einem Samstag pro Monat) und BBQs (in den Sommermonaten) für Forschende
- Unterstützung bei der Betreuung internationaler Forschenden
