During our unique 18-month graduate program, you will gain in-depth knowledge of the semiconductor and ATE industry. Alongside peer graduates, you will learn from experienced colleagues how to develop test solutions for cutting-edge semiconductors and deliver them to our international customers.

What You Will Do:Develop and debug test programs for high-tech semiconductor devices.
Validate newly designed state-of-the-art semiconductors.
Develop customized hardware and software solutions for semiconductor production testing.
Manage complex projects in an international environment.
Collaborate with colleagues and customers on worldwide projects.
Share knowledge, technologies, and experience with colleagues and customers.
Work in a highly innovative, international environment with opportunities to travel.
Requirements
University degree in Electronic Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s) or equivalent related knowledge.
Fluent in English (mandatory); German (preferred).
Highly motivated for continuous learning in a technological environment.
Experience with C/C++, Java, and scripting languages.
Basic knowledge of measurement techniques for electronic components (analog and digital).
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
